Hi, What is your role at Concept?

I am a service delivery coordinator within our Field Engineering Projects Team. I am responsible for the ongoing resource delivery for a training academy within a global manufacturer.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I came from a sales / customer service background and joined Concept in February 2014 with no previous experience within recruitment. I initially started as a Candidate Manager dealing with a vast amount of candidates and as I gained more experience was promoted to a consultant.

Why do you love Recruitment?

I love the challenge of trying to find the candidates that no one else can find! I also love the buzz of finding someone their dream job.

Why Concept?

Concept really appealed to me after I was referred by a colleague to join. The atmosphere in the office is fab, there are great incentives & everyone is really lovely!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Family days out, Netflix, gaming and anything that involves eating!

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

Princess Diana of Themyscira (Wonder Woman) she’s powerful, empowering, fierce & knows how to use her heart and brain! I also watched the film before going into labour and it gave me lots of encouragement!
