Sr. Big Data Engineer - Remote - United States
Up to $180,000 + Benefits

Concept International are looking for an experienced Big Data Engineer to head up the Data division for a well-established & successful business to be an integral part of architecting, developing & maintaining massive historical internet datasets that forms the core knowledge base of their appliances, software & intelligence.

Key Deliverables:

• Ability to architect, develop and nurture large scale SQL databases for housing and processing billions of records,
• Implement & maintain automation to process datasets and surveys with efficiency ensuring delivery in a timely manner,
• Problem solve when faced with challenges of scaling existing systems,
• Optimization of SQL Indexes for performance,
• Ability & confidence to work with internal and external stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of professional experience as a data engineer, developing scalable big data solutions,
• Expert knowledge developing databases and writing stored procedures,
• Experience with AWS cloud services,
• Microsoft SQL server and SSIS experience,
• Excellent programming background such as C#, Java and Python with experience using this to develop data products with experience working with REST API's
• Experience with big data processing - Hadoop (EMR), Postgres MySQL,
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Salary offering upto $180,000 + Benefits AND Stock Options
