Hi, What is your role at Concept?

I’m a Recruitment Consultant within the IT Contract Team, specialising in Data, Analytics and Statistics recruitment within the Public Sector.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I have been with Concept for 2 years at the end of March 2023. And so far, the journey and growth within myself has been amazing, I have been on numerous lunch clubs/incentives and also won an award.

Why do you love recruitment?

I enjoy the rewarding feeling when placing someone in a new position, I am very much a people person and love to see others shine and get the opportunities they deserve.

Why Concept?

Concept has a true family feel and everyone within the company wants you to do well – I’m surrounded by the most supportive team! Concept is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my partner, I am a shopaholic and also love travelling and exploring new places.
