Hi, What is your role at Concept?

I’m an Account Manager on our Field Engineering Projects team. I’m responsible for assisting with resource delivery on some of our larger accounts alongside managing some of my own smaller projects.

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

My background was customer service/administration and thought recruitment would be a challenge! When I joined the team in 2017 I very quickly got onboard with the high demand for engineers, I was voted 'Rising Star of the Year' and promoted from Candidate Manager up to Account Executive within my first 10 months. I now manage some of the larger accounts and hope this continues to grow!

Why do you love recruitment?

Everyday is busy and unique, I enjoy the fast paced environment and speaking to a wide variety of engineers from different background. Attending assessment and training days hosted by our clients is also a highlight for me as it gives me a better insight into their businesses.

Why Concept?

The career progression path really appealed to me! I was in need for a new challenge and Concept seemed like just the right place! The office also had such a friendly feel, everyone made me feel so welcome.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy going to the gym and working out. I’m quite an outdoorsy person so will get out for a run whenever I can. I’m also very social and love spending time out with friends.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

I’m going to go with Cindy Lou Who from the Grinch as my friends in the office say I look a little like her and I’m cute, friendly and bubbly too.
