What is your role at Concept?

I’m an executive consultant in charge of supporting our clients with senior hires across strategy and achitectural positions. 

Tell us about your journey at Concept so far.

I started in 2014 as a trainee recruiter and have been promoted multiple times in quick succession all the way up to managing consultant with a team of 3 consultants reporting into me. I’ve had the honour of being named Overall Best Consultant in 2015 and 2016 as well as Best Newcomer back in 2014.

Why do you love recruitment?

Recruitment allows me the room to grow in line with my ambition and add value to businesses while helping to build my candidates futures. It also helps with the student loan I have to pay and a girlfriend that likes to redecorate every 3-months!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I’m pretty much 24/7 recruitment but do like going on holiday and playing football with the lads when I can.

Finally, if you were a film character who would you be?

I’m going to go with Harvey Spectre from Suits because I always aim to be well dressed and successful!
